Why I Chose Young Living

Back in October, John and I took the kids to National Night Out in Pilot Point. The kids, played, John and I perused the vendors and we ALL ate a ton of food. One of the booths that we stopped by was the Young Living Booth. While I was trying to keep an eye on my monsters (and a few of their friends) John got the low down on these little bottles of liquid gold. John and I had been trying to get healthier and use less prescription drugs so this seemed like the next logical step to him.
He ordered the Premium Starter Kit and 2 bottles of NingXia Red.
As we started receiving emails from Young Living, I started looking into this essential oil stuff. Oddly (insert sarcasm here) we didn't do any research before jumping on board but John had read a little about essential oils and we jumped in feet first. I figured as long as we were doing this, I should start figuring out how to use these wonderful little liquids and boy was I surprised!! There are a million different uses for these oils. Everything from treating allergies with these oils:

to making all natural cleaners for the house with this oil:

And a whole arsenal of other oils and uses!

Not only that, but the research I did regarding Young Living as a company was very impressive. Not only has Gary Young (owner) patented his own distillation process to ensure quality but he oversees EVERY aspect of the process, from Seed-to-Seal! And they test every single batch of oil for quality.

And after all this research , I am confident we made the right decision to go with Young Living. And then I started looking into being a distributor. I have never been good at sales, but my passion and belief in this company and these oils make sharing it easy. And the business just comes naturally even though I had sworn off any type of MLM after my stint with a jewelry company. But YL is different. It's not a "frivolity" and you don't have to "push" it. All I have to do is share it and answer questions. The product sells itself. It is quality  and improves lives. It's a way to become healthy and get off all the chemicals we are on. It was a way to get my daughters and husband of their asthma meds. It was a way to quit exposing ourselves to toxic chemicals in my home.  And who can argue with that?

So that's my why....whats yours?
